Ari Brandsdorfer, M.D.

We are pleased to announce that Ari Brandsdorfer, M.D. has joined Consulting Ophthalmologists.  Dr. Brandsdorfer is a cornea and external disease specialist who completed his fellowship at the University of Michigan.  He has advanced training in the diagnosis and treatment of conditions involving the surface of the eye, along with the latest techniques in cataract, refractive, and corneal surgery.  He is available for appointments including general and urgent eye care in our Farmington and Glastonbury offices.

Dr. Brandsdorfer earned his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, did his internship at the UConn Medical Center, and his ophthalmology residency at the Montefiore Medical Center in New York, where he served as Chief Resident. Dr. Brandsdorfer is Board Certified with the American Board of Ophthalmology.
